Introduced in 1994 and made until 2009, the 5004 was available in Yellow, White, Rose Gold and Platinum with a later series made in Steel.
It is the first serially produced Perpetual Calendar Chronograph with Split Second produced by Patek. The glossy Black Dial has a very rare configuration as it is fitted with very attractive Baton Indexes, rather then the most commonly seen Diamond Indexes.
The watch is preserved in as new condition with the original certificate, box and literature.
