Ref. 3448 was launched in 1962, and was the only Automatic Perpetual Calendar wrist watch produced in series by any manufacture. It will remain so for about two decades.
Total production is estimate to be in 586 pieces, cased in yellow, pink (two known in the market) and white gold.
Two pieces are also known in platinum but converted by Patek from yellow gold.
The watch, made in 1967, remains in superb original condition. The raised hard Enamel Dial with Pearled outer minute ring, is conserved in excellent state, found only in first series of the reference, which gives it a very pleasant vintage look. . Very rare double name stamped on the dial, originally sold by Arte Suizo, Patek Philippe retailed in Colombia.
