Rolex 5030 Joyeria Riviera

The ref. 5030 is one of the earliest Datejust made in the late ’40s.

Nicknamed “Ovettone” by Italian collectors due to the shape of the case that reminds an egg. Early Datejust are extremely rare and collectible, the present example in Pink Gold with its matching Rose Gold Bracelet is even more appealing due to the beautiful Double-name printed on the Dial “Joyeria Riviera”, which was the retailer in Cuba, who originally sold the watch.
